We're deploying some major updates on Thursday 27 August, which means a full interruption to service at some point during the day.
Your data is not affected. Open tickets stay open, transcripts are preserved, and every panel, form, team and tag carries over exactly as it is. There is nothing for you to migrate or reconfigure.
How long, and when:
We've reserved 08:00–22:00 BST as the window. The actual interruption will be a few hours at most - the long reservation is because we can't predict exactly when we'll be ready to begin, not because we expect to be down all day.
We'll post 30 minutes before we start, so you get warning rather than a surprise. Subscribe to this page and you'll get that notice wherever you want it.
What's unavailable while we're deploying:
- The bot may not respond in Discord. New tickets may not open, and existing tickets might not be able to be closed. - The dashboard and API will be offline - Whitelabel bots are included
What we'd suggest:
If your community relies on tickets for time-sensitive support, give your members a heads-up before Thursday and point them at an alternative for the day.
